On Wednesday 1st August, 2012, I will be taking part in the London to Paris bike ride.  We aim to complete the journey in 4 days.

I hope to raise some money for Prostate Cancer Research.  I have chosen this charity in memory of my father.

Prostate cancer is a disease that men still generally don't want to talk about.  Mortality rates have improved - thanks to the great work of organisations and charities like PCR. However, it is still the most common cancer in men in the UK with over 40,000 diagnosed every year.

Your kind donation will help Prostate Cancer Research to continue their great work in developing new treatments and increasing the survival rate.

I have funded the cost of this trip myself so all of your donation will go directly to the charity.
