St Richard’s Hospice is an independent charity offering free, expert care for adults with an illness that cannot be cured, and support for their loved ones and carers. Each year the hospice team supports more than 3,100 patients, family members and bereaved people in Worcestershire.

Story

I am undertaking another great challenge to help raise money for the hospice again. This time I am joining friends from work to paddle from Pershore to Tewkesbury along the river Avon, then walk from Tewkesbury back to Kempsey. From here we will cycle back to Pershore a total journey of approximately 45 miles to be completed on Saturday July 18th. This adventure through the Worcestershire countryside will be tough but hopefully fun! These days are always a mixture of creating and collecting new memories, whilst remembering Stuart and other loved ones who can no longer share these adventures with us. I know there will be tears and smiles but also a sense of achievement both by completing the challenge and raising much needed funds for St Richard's Hospice.

St Richard's Hospice continues to provide excellent care and support to individuals who are ill, their families and friends. You have all been so generous before in supporting me , and Tom (who will be in the South of France having his own adventure with school!), and if you can support me again that that would be marvellous :0)
