Epilepsy Action is creating a world without limits for everyone affected by epilepsy, connecting people with others, and providing support and information you can trust. We’re calling out the misunderstanding, prejudice and barriers that stop people with epilepsy living their best life.

Story

Hi guys, so I’ve decided to do my first charity run of the year for epilepsy action, as this is something I’ve had to watch throughout my life as my mum suffers  with bad epilepsy, after having a motor bike accident when she was 17 years old, which caused her to have brain damage and epilepsy. . From being a young girl I have watched her have seizures and had to help her with  day to day life at times.

I will be running on 26th March 2019  from Preston’s docs up to Lytham windmill, which is about 15km.

Epilepsy Action is a community of people committed to a better life for everyone affected by epilepsy. They help wider awareness and understanding of epilepsy, so that people living with the condition are treated with fairness and respect. Which I think is great.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
