I have decided to start this fundraising page in memory of my mum as it is fast approaching her 10 year anniversary.

This charity allows young carers the support, opportunities and facilities to be young and free. This charity ensures whilst having too look after a loved one with mental health the young people have the support system they require. This could be as simple as a carer coming in to do daily tasks e.g cooking, cleaning too arranging a get away for young carers ensuring there is suitable support at home.

I have chosen this charity as my mum had always had struggles with her mental health. Unfortunately she was not able to win her battle and sadly ended her own life due to this. I know how much my mums children/ grandchildren meant to her and that she always wanted them to have a better life. This charity allows this for people so please donate.
