Long awaited for personal challenge to take part in the Great North Run after getting a place 3 years ago but unfortuntely not being so well after breaking my shoulder. So another chance.....to help celebrate my upcoming 70th birthday celebration.

Animals Asia is a great cause and any donations/money raised would be greatly appreciated to help me to the finishing line.

My 4 legged friends have been wonderful complanions and donations will go to AAF who do fantastic work for both the Moon Bear Rescue and dog/cat welfare.
