Our dearly-awaited daughter, Miko, was born on November 21, 2009. Our joy was short-lived as she passed away 14 hours later as a result of septicemia.

Sands is a charity that supports those who are affected by the death of a child and promotes research to reduce stillbirths and neonatal deaths.
