Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page. We are devastated by the loss of our wonderful dad and know that he and we are in the thoughts and hearts of many. He was a mighty man, a loving husband, a wonderful dad, and a magnificent grandfather who will be sorely missed.

Head for Change is grateful to the family of the late Patrick O’Connor for their commitment to honour his memory by donating to Head for Change, a charity committed to being “ part of the solution” to sports-related dementia. Patrick’s legacy aligns with our commitment. Donations in his name will benefit footballers of yesterday, today and tomorrow and will be used to provide care and support, education and research.
