Move for Mothers is part of PHASE Worldwide's UK Aid Match Start Strong Appeal. Until the 25th June 2021, all donations will be matched by the UK Government to support 1000 women and their children in Nepal.

Story

I am inspired by the work of PHASE Worldwide and as a GP mentor for the nurses of this project, have seen first hand what they can achieve to improve maternal health, reduce childhood malnutrition and enhance the life chances for their young children.

I have set up this fundraising page to support the UK Aid Match Start Strong Appeal by setting you a challenge. The great news is that until the 26th June 2021, all donations made to this page will be matched by the UK Government to support 1000 women and their children in Nepal.

TUNNOCK'S, makers of our favourite caramel 'over 6 million made and sold every week' wafer, have generously supported this appeal by offering an ASTONISHING HAMPER (click top right link for photo gallery) to the winner of this challenge. We already have an estimate of the number of teacakes needed to reach the summit of Everest (it's in Nepal). TUNNOCK'S are not yet exporting to Nepal, but until they do, they have set you this Caribbean Island challenge:

HOW MANY TUNNOCK'S CARAMEL WAFERS ARE EXPORTED TO TRINIDAD EVERY 3 WEEKS?

Make as many guesses as you wish for your donation - all sizes of donation gratefully received! Either add your estimate to message box after making a donation (make sure to share your contact details) or email to patsmith.pas@gmail.com - the winner will be the closest estimate and will be contacted via email on 26th June.

(In the event of a tie, a final winner will be randomly selected)
