I was so encouraged by the work The Dame Vera Lynn charity does. Children there would gladly get up and move and it really inspired me to do something!

Since the arrival of my dog; Frankie , I have been the most active I have been in years and am hoping to meet up in the summer with all the wonderful staff at this wonderful charity
