Having lost our father to Cancer in November 2013, My family & I decided to help the Cancer Research Team. We all know someone who has had to fight Cancer, many people have won the fight but sadly still far too many people are losing the battle.
If the beautiful game of football can help raise some money to research for the cure to this non-discriminating un-relenting disease, we have too don't we?
This is a fight we can win and with the help of my football team www.fatdadsfootball.co.uk we are putting on a game for 24hrs on the 25/26 April 2015. The last time we did this we had snow... but kept on going. This year will be different; this is no ordinary football team, we are all a little older than the average footballer and maybe a little bit overweight, but strong of heart and hopefully friends with deep pockets.
Please give all you can, because sadly one day you may need the help from the charity we are here to support.
