Despite hardly moving from a computer or a sofa for the last few years. This summer I will be running the following races to raise money for Willowburn Hospice.

• 19th March - Wigan Half Marathon.
• 28th May - Edinburgh Marathon.
• 25th June - Lambton 10k.
• 2nd July - Southport Half Marathon.
• 9th July - Great North 10k.
• 19th July - Durham City 10k.
• 10th September - Great North Run.
• 8th October - Chester Marathon.

That's over 110 miles and I might add a couple more yet. Any donations you care spare for this fantastic charity are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. I will keep you up to date on social media.
