Lisa and I are running in the Great South Run which takes place in Portsmouth on Sunday 20th October for VOS - Veterans Outreach Support.

Why VOS?

Veterans Outreach Support (VOS) is a Portsmouth-based charity that provides welfare, wellbeing and mental health support to veterans of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army, RAF, Merchant Marines and their families. Through a combination of drop-ins in Portsmouth and Newport, IOW, where VOS works closely with over 40 delivery partners, and a wide range of outreach activities and clinical therapies, VOS looks after those who have looked after us.
