Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you will know I ran the Royal Parks 1/2 Marathon last year for the Colchester's Hospitals Charity. This year I will be running for a charity a little closer to home which is the Lymphoma Association.

I am running for the Lymphoma Association to raise money for my friend and Boss Marcus Evans who was diagnosed with Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma in 2013. Marcus started a blog in 2013 to record his own journey as well as provide a valuable source of information and help to other people who will develop similar health conditions. You can find Marcus' blog at the link below:

In 2014 Marcus has raised money for the Lymphoma Association by donating the profits of his book "Robert" which can be found on Amazon and from charity based networking events.

I am hoping that I can add a small contribution to both Marcus' efforts and also to the Lymphoma Association which is a very worthwhile charity.

If I get slightly fitter in the process and beat last years time then that is an added bonus.

Thanks for your support
