As you are all aware 8 of may 2 years ago I had an heart attack this was called a Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is when a tear appears in the wall of a coronary artery, which supplies blood to your heart. In some cases this can lead to a heart attack. I was in Sheffield hospital for over a week where they did an absolute amazing job with me. 2 years on i’m back to myself and fit and well I’d like to give something back so I’ve set myself a little challenge to run half marathon  on the 11th of September  which is 11 weeks away  it’s going to be hard but I think with the level of fitness we’re Im at I’ll smash it!!
