My mother in law Jan Wait taken by this terrible disease back in 2010.She is missed terribly by everyone . We need to raise more awareness about this condition.

So what better than to raise money in her memory for this fantastic charity. I've always wanted to run the half marathon but never ever thought I could or would.  I must admit I've never ran any kind of distance before.
