It`s 33 years since I last did a half marathon. My son and I are going to run the Southport Half Marathon on the 30th June 2019, it gives us 5 weeks to get fully fit. We are aiming to complete in under 2 hours 10 minutes.

Support for a good cause would be appreciated.

Prince William ended by saying: “And each and every one of us has the power to make a difference to someone.”

“just by taking a minute to stop and to listen, really listen”.
