Twice in my life I have been struck down. First by a virus that left me on a venterlater and in hospital for a year and the second time by a quadruple heart by-pass and unable to walk.

The Aaron Lewis Foundation came to my aid by buying me a light weight wheelchair and with the fantastic help of the team at JustGym, I have been learning to walk again. Now I am hoping to walk in the gym with the aid of a walking frame a distance of 10km, and any raised money will go to the Aaron Lewis Foundation as a way of saying thank you. And of course, a big thank you to the team at JustGym
