Meningitis Research Foundation is a charity driven by a passionate mission to prevent the devastating impact of meningitis. Founded by individuals whose lives were profoundly affected by meningitis, we are dedicated to enabling positive change by uniting people and knowledge to save lives.

Story

Our good friends, Tom and Abi, unexpectedly lost their beautiful baby Oli last year, aged just 7 and a half months. Oli had contracted pneumococcal meningitis, something which wasn't known until two weeks later.

I'm running this 10k in memory of Oli. To try and raise some money to help other children and families that have similar experiences.

The work Meningitis Research Foundation does is incredible. It funds research into diagnosis, treatments and after effects to help improve the quality of life for people affected, as well as care and support to families.

I'd be so grateful if you could make a small - or big - donation to this charity and help the lives of others that suffer from meningitis.

Thank you.
