My Father Irving Newton was fit and well and looking to spend the latter days of his life with his lovely wife and my mother Ann Newton before he was suddenly hit with Pancreatic cancer.This cancer is lethal with only 3%,the fittest and strongest being able to survive it's wicked grasp. We need to find a cure for this before it takes more magnificent people like my father. He is the reason I am who I am and why I have achieved all that I have in my life. Myself and my cycling friends will cycle the route of this years Tour of Britain aptly from  Prudhoe via Hexham, Brampton,Carlisle,Penrith to Hartside fell some 103 miles.Please dig deep and sponsor us for this very worthwhile cause.
