At 630 miles long running from Minehead in Somerset to Poole in Dorset, the South West Coast Path is easily the longest and most arduous, of England's National Trails. 

I will try and walk it in 45 days and my aim is to showcase spring on the coast path through my Instagram feed @paul.scharp

Looking at birds, wildflowers, insects, animals and sealife that I see en route.

After reading 500 Mile Walkies, The Salt Path and The Man that Hated Walking I’m sure the walking challenge will have a restorative effect on me after two very difficult years. 

All whilst raising money for the South West Coast Path Association.
