We provide facilities to diagnose disease to aid treatment for health of local people

Story

The Daisy Appeal is about saving and improving local lives by giving faster, more accurate, diagnosis to three of the region's biggest killers - cancer, heart disease and dementia.

Since 2000, the charity has raised over £12m to build and open Research and PET-CT Scanning Centres on the Castle Hill Hospital site.

The Daisy Appeal now aims to build a £7.2m radiochemistry and cyclotron unit to scan patients with certain heart and neurological conditions, including Alzheimer's.
