I am pleased to report that the third leg of our mammoth cycle ride for Yes 2 Life, from to will take place from 23rd to 28th of September. This year we are starting at last years finishing point in and then cycling to over the Alps via the (height 4,497ft).

My shorts and posterior will be severely tested once more and I can only hope that they turn many of the miles into piles of smiles, as opposed to just piles.

With your help, my bicycle has now raised over £5,000 on the first two legs of the - Istanbul Challenge.  I know that times are much tougher this year (and believe me I speak from experience) but please remember that these troubles are nothing compared to the burden that some carry.

Yes to Life is a cancer charity that specialises in assisting many cancer stricken individuals and those who devote so much of their time to caring for them.  Through fundraising events such as this, Yes 2 Life generates funds to inform patients and their carers and to give them financial support towards consultations and treatments. that aim to make potentially, the last years of their lives bearable and even enjoyable.
