I'm walking 150km on behalf of the Justin Edinburgh Foundation and hoping to raise money to support my friend and former colleague Charlie Edinburgh whose Father tragically passed away a few years ago. Charlie has since set up the JE3 Foundation that campaigns for the legal mandate of Automated External Defibrillators in all health and sports facilities within the UK, while delivering CPR training and donating defibrillators for public use.

In the UK, more than 30,000 out of hospital cardiac arrests occur each year. Survival rates are just 1 in 10. Early intervention through CPR and defibrillators can double the chances of survival.
