You all know the story. Boy meets girl aged 18. They marry at 19. Are blissfully happy, travel the world, attain an education, get superb jobs and have two beautiful kids. He's done well, batting above his average to have such a gorgeous creature link her life to his.

Then the bogeyman enters their lives. The evil remorseless bastard called cancer. And she is taken, swallowed up and taken.

But they are the Verricos. They will not be beaten.

Anna lives on in her children and in her charity, Team Verrico, the specialist volunteer charity that helps parents with children under the age of 18 who are facing a rare or hard to treat cancer. In 4 years, we have attained amazing results, bringing hope and comfort to many. We create more tomorrows.
