Councillor Lee Carter and Councillor Paul Watling Intend to walk from the St Francis Hospice in Havering to The Severn Hospice in Apley Telford to raise funds for both Hospices from the 26th to 31st August 2024.

This is a 166 mile walk and will be a challenge to complete in 6 days.

This is in memory of Paul's beloved brother-in law Andre Giordmaina who passed away due to motor neurone disease  in 2022 and our friend Dave Davis who passed away in the Severn Hospice in 2014. Both families gratefully received support from the Hospice's during their illnesses.

We intend to walk between both Hospices as we believe that they both offer excellent services to the local communities.

Andre's family are indebted to St Francis and Paul has been fundraising for the Severn Hospice for some time.

Thank you for giving to these 2 hospices who are deserving of our support.
