Story

Morning all!

I've been foolish and some how agreed to dip my toes and the rest of me in some freezing cold (and likely polluted) British waters.  The annual Weymouth harbour winter swim takes place on Christmas Day morning and I will be attempting to cross the harbour in 8 degree waters....no wetsuits allowed.

In light of my foolish decision and likely hypothermia/Christmas Day hospitalisation, I thought something good could come out of it. My Dad raises money for Christian Aid each year, this year however his annual target has taken a hit due to the fact Britain has gone down the economic toilet and the weather is so pants.  I thought maybe I can help 'top up' the charity funds in the only logical way I know how.  So if you are feeling charitable and wish to see photos of my pain and torture then please donate if you can.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
