I'm completing the ROK again this year and its all the more fulfilling now that I'm doing so and raising money for Pieta House, the centre for the prevention of self-harm or suicide.
Many families, including my own, may have been spared the devastating heartache left behind after the loss of a loved one if such services were more broadly available and utilised. 

Pieta House are a truly incredible organisation offering life-saving services to so many.  Pieta House relies heavily on the support and encouragement of volunteers and friends, with 90% of their income coming from fundraising events.
