I've completed my challenge of rowing the equivalent of John O Groats to Lands End (1366Km). 

The challenge took 108 days, 92 of those rowing with the remainder as rest days. 

My daily average was just short of 15,000 metres (about an hour). 

 

Some of my personal bests along the way:

5000 m.  19 mins 5.5 secs

10,000 m.  39 mins 41.8 secs

1 hour.  15,011 m. 

21,097 m (half marathon). 1 hour 26 mins 27.6 secs

 

All of the money raised will go to The Royal British Legion.
