London marathon 2016. Gulp.!!

Virgin London Marathon 2016 · 24 April 2016 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the 24th of April 2016 I will be running the London marathon for Cardiomyopathy UK in my brother andrew and father David's memory. I feel very honoured to be running for them as in February 2006 my younger brother Andrew passed away after suffering from dilated cardiomyopathy for 6 years, he was 35 years old. Cardiomyopathy is a disease of the heart muscle, which can run in families and affect one or several members of a family. Cardiomyopathy UK is a fantastic charity that offers invaluable help to many sufferers and their families. They offer information, advice and support to enable anyone affected by cardiomyopathy to live as full a life as possible. To be able to continue to do this they rely very much on donations and fundraising. Over the next few months apart from pounding the pavements training, I will also be holding fundraising events including a coffee morning, a sponsered wax by some of the dentists at work and one of my collegues, daisy hockin is doing a skydive. Please help me to raise money for this amazing charity so that other families don’t have to suffer alone.
