We work to prevent breast cancer to stop women, and men, being diagnosed.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Most of us know someone who has or has had cancer and the impact of this awful disease is life changing.

On the 6th July 2019 I will be trekking 25K in The Brecon Beacons for Breast Cancer UK.  The route is challenging with elevations of up to 886m.  I will be using this trek as part of my training for an even bigger challenge in October 2020 when I will be trekking to Everest Base Camp with my friend Sharron Farmer & the guys at EverTrek.

I chose Breast Cancer UK as my charity because back in November 2015 my younger sister, one of my girlfriends and a work colleague were all diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  Each one was different and they all had different operations and treatments to help them with the fight of this terrible disease.  Thankfully they have all overcome Breast Cancer!

To help motivate me on the Trek and to help fund research into the prevention of breast cancer, please consider sponsoring me.
