It is difficult to see on TV all that is happening to Syrians and not doing anything to help. 

I have a niece  that is now working as volunteer in Jordan, helping the Syrian's refugees. After listening and seeing all her experience, I decided to do something. Unfortunately I can't do any running this year because of an injury, but I am turning 40 years old. So why not have a party to celebrate it and fundraise for the Syrians? I don't need any present, any card. All I need is to see people being able to smile again, have their lives back and have an opportunity to start again. That is what Mercy Corps do, so that is why I chosen them.
