Every day 10 children and young people hear the shocking news they have cancer. CLIC Sargent provides clinical, practical and emotional support to help them cope with cancer and get the most out of life.

I had the opportunity of visiting the Royal Marsden Hospital to see the work done by Clic Sargent. This is an amazing charity that offers holistic support to children with cancer and their families. For any of us who have supported an adult going through this we know how devastating it can be on every level. Imagine that for a child, their siblings, their parents and the impact on their futures.

Clic Sargent offers support from day one from building facilities to make treatment less scary, family accommodation and support during that treatment, schooling and assistance going forwards from treatment. They help with bereavement support too.

I was afraid when I visited the hospital to see the work they do. Imagine the fear for the families and the resilience and hope of the children and the support needed. Please help me to raise as much money as possible. Thanks X
