Virgin London Marathon 2013 · 21 April 2013 ·

Treloar’s is a UK charity offering education, therapy, and care to 180 physically disabled young people aged 4–25. We create a supportive, inclusive environment where students with complex clinical needs can learn, grow, and gain independence through tailored programmes.

Story

Paula Parsons, will be raising funds for the charity, Treloar’s, by taking on the challenge of completing the 2013 Virgin London Marathon. This is no ordinary challenge for Paula as she has given herself the double challenge of running two marathons in one week, having never entered one before!

Paula will be undertaking her first ever marathon at Brighton on Sunday 14 April; and then seven days later crossing the finish line at The Mall in the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 21 April.

By undertaking this impressive running challenge, Paula hopes to raise £1000 for the Treloar Trust which has a school and college facilities in Alton, Hampshire that help improve the lives of young people with physical disabilities and learning difficulties.

Paula says:

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am extremely proud to be representing Treloar's at the 2013 Virgin London Marathon and being able to raise money for such a worthwhile local charity and education centre. The money raised for the Treloar Trust will significantly help improve the lives of young people in Hampshire with physical and learning difficulties. So please dig deep and donate now!

Thank you for your support!
