Dear All,

Since my Dads battle with lung cancer and many friends colleges and associates that have experienced this nasty disease .  I wanted to help fight against it.

I'm participating in the prudential ride 100 2 August 2015.  This is after completing several sportives over the last year that have pushed me and good friends to our limits.
