Paula volunteered to do the Newcastle Stampede 10K marine assault course with the girls from Sharon Madderson's Tynemouth Bootcamp. Andrew and the guys from Sharon's Boxercise class decided to join in so it's now battle of the sexes in the Reid household!!!

It was only when we found out we had to gaffer tape our trainers to our feet, would be chest high in icy water and probably be sick at the end that we wondered what on earth we had let ourselves in for!!!
