Every year our family joins the worlds biggest half marathon  - The Great North Run - and this year we are running in CELEBRATION as Andrea gave birth to baby James on 24th July 2016.

For those who don't know - we choose to support this charity as we are indebted to the support they gave when Andrea was diagnosed with Non -Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Thankfully Andrea as many of you know is fully recovered and fit and healthier than ever - and James is the long awaited son she and Tosh thought they would never be blessed with.

Please cheer us on as Rio has been exhausting ...the time difference has played havoc with our training sessions! and any donation  - however small can really help...we as a family certainly know how much and fortunately for us and for Andrea and Tosh this is the happiest year ever.
