In 2016 Claire was diagnosed with peritoneal mesothelioma. Over the following 6 years Claire went through various treatments, ranging from surgery, chemotherapy and in the latter years both chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Claire tirelessly researched ways of how she could improve her situation and indeed we believe this kept her with us longer.

Throughout this challenging time Claire showed true strength of character, she was a loving wife to James, a fantastic and fun loving mummy to Rufus, a wonderful caring daughter and sister and a loyal and loving friend to many. 

Claire will be missed and remembered for ever.

Claire's family have set up this page to raise money in Claire's name for Mesothelioma UK, a fantastic charity that helps people with mesothelioma and through their research gives them a fighting chance of beating this insidious condition.
