Are ages range from mid thirties to early sixties, but we have a passion for life and if we can make a difference with our running, we'd like to.  We will do our 10k run / walk  on the volcanic island of Lanzarote, because at the moment we all live there! If you feel you could sponsor us, no matter how small, we'd be well pleased.
