As part of Team ‘Pawley Mannered’ myself and my dear friend Bex Pawley will be embarking on a coast to coast bike ride in September in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Departing from the coast of West Cumbria our challenge covers 225 km (140 miles) over 2 days finishing up at the North Sea at Whitley Bay. It’s a tough ride tackling the Lake District, Northern Pennines, Eden Valley and Northumberland National Park (hills, hills and more hills). We need all the pedal power we can get so please donate and support us on our journey.
