Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be running the London Marathon in April 2013. I am doing this in memory of my Dad. I am raising money for the British Heart Foundation because my dad suffered from heart problems for most of his adult life. In spite of his heart problems he never let it stop him from doing anything. We enjoyed doing lots together walking Hadrians Wall and surfing in Cornwall. It came as a massive shock when he died in September 2011, doing something he loved, walking in the Alps with his friends. This has left a huge hole in our family, so I decided to take up this challenge in his memory and show how much he meant to me.

This will be a huge challenge as short distances are my speciallity and doing it as quick as possible. I will need to learn to pace myself in order to make it to the end.

So please dig deep and donate now. Your donations will be the incentive I will need to make it to the finish line!!
