Hello - please sponsor me as I'm cycling 100 miles in the London-Surrey 100. 

• 100 miles is a long way, it takes ages in a car.
  
• Some of it will be uphill, quite a big hill.
• As I'll have to cycle (at least) part of the way to the start you're actually getting lots of extra miles free. 
• I have to do it quicker than 8 hours. I'm aiming not to be last.
• Don't worry I'm not wearing Lycra (unless you sponsor me lots of money to)
• Don't worry I'm not doing it on a brompton (unless you sponsor me lots to) although it might be easier to get the start that way.
