Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Hospices do a fantastic job. Most of us will know someone who found dignity and peace at the end of their life because they were fortunate enough to be in one. Hospices do however rely on donations and in the current economic environment those donations are down.

St Michael's - in the 17th most deprived borough in the country - needs all the help it can get at present.

This is my 5th marathon, and the first for which I am seeking sponsorship through Just Giving - as this is such a worthwhile cause. If you can, please add together the sponsorships you would have given me for the other four marathons! Each is harder to run than the one before, as my creaking frame creaks ever louder - but in Oslo I will at least know that my pain is the Hospice’s gain.

Thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the marathon. Oslo was really nice, friendly people, but a little expensive. Weather was very knid. My time was 3hours 55mins 23 secs ,. Came some 785 out of around 1700 partcipants - so pretty pleased with the result..
