Ever got out of breath after walking up 2 flights of stairs?  Try 34...

This is a heart-felt plea for sponsorship for the 3rd annual HSBC Canary Wharf 'Stairway to Hell' challenge (but my 1st attempt) on Wed 24 November.  It's basically walking/running/stumbling up the HSBC tower in Canary Wharf to raise money for this year's chairty partner - the Prince's Trust.
