I am taking on a personal challenge in October 2016, I will spend 21 days trekking to Everest Base Camp and beyond.  I am asking you to help me raise money for Care after Combat a very important and valuable charity helping our ex soldiers, being a soldier myself,( some time ago!! )I know how difficult it can be to settle back on Civi-street.  Most are fine, some have visible wounds and some struggle emotionally and turn to alcohol and drugs to cope, those our the ones I would like to raise money for.  They served us, and now it is our turn to help them.  After recently watching the Invictus Games it is apparent,no matter what rank, whether you were a Corporal or a Captain you can be affect the same.  If you are reading my story, I would be very grateful if you would kindly make a donation to Care After Combat.
