A group of us are combining losing  lockdown weight with supporting the charity Caring Matters Now . This is the only charity dedicated to support and research for those affected by CMN , a congenital condition which causes large moles over the body and trunk and which can cause severe neurological problems 

You can donate per kilo lost by the group or just a lump sum , every little helps 

It is close to my heart as my stunning granddaughter Odette is affected by it  and she will need treatment in due course . To find out more look here -
