The North Norfolk Marathon · 13 May 2012

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the North Norfolk Marathon on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society.  Although I have run eight marathon's before (including six London Marathon's) it is nine years since I completed my last one.  My p.b. for a marathon is 2 hours 56 minutes but that was a long time ago when I was much younger!  I will be delighted if I finish the North Norfolk Marathon in under 5 hours!

If you are donating to my chosen charity many thanks.  The details below are written by the JustGiving team and explain the process:

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
