After having run my first half marathon last year I was rather over whelmed by the amount of money that I managed to generate for Cancer Research. So I have decided to run a different half marathon in 2017 to support PPL's fund raising efforts for its charity of the year Dementia UK.

So on Sunday 8 October 2017 I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in support of Dementia UK. I would be delighted if you were able to sponsor me to take on this task. I am not sure that I will be able to beat my time last year of 1 hour 49 minutes but I will no doubt give it a go!
