I am supporting my Dad who is cycling from Morecambe to Bridlington, to raise money for the Rotherham Hospice where my Mum spent her final days. Dad wants to raise money to support the fantastic work that is done there and to say thank you to the staff for their caring professionalism.

The route is the Way of the Roses and is 170 miles or 274km with 17,516ft or 5,339m of climbing. I will find this a challenge so Dad, at 84, is going to feel it!
