Just discovered that the half-marathon I thought I was running on 22nd October is actually THIS Sunday - 9th October!! So, bang goes my training schedule! The one positive to come out of my dates blunder, is that at least I'll still only be 54 on race day!

I haven't run more than 6.2 miles for about 20 years, so just getting round is my main target. The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is a great cause and I hope you'll be able to help me raise some funds (again!).
