Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page in memory of my much loved dad, Peter Simpson. My dad was a strong believer in everyone being given equal opportunities and chances and this local charity reflects this by helping the homeless in the Perth and Kinross area.

My dad's sudden death at home on Tuesday 5th of May is a blow to all of us who loved him, but beneath the pain and sorrow there is a wonderful legacy of memories, happiness and love. I am sure in the months and years to come that you will remember my dad with a smile on your face and in your heart.

My dad was a fun, kind, generous and modest man, who gave so much to others without ever asking for anything in return. He was a true character and gentleman, who lived his life to the very full. He was happy and content, always socialsing, travelling, exploring, enjoying a dram and having fun with friends and family.

He will be remembered, loved & cherished by everyone in his life. His family, my late mum Linda's family & his large circle of friends, my friends and family, everyone at the ex-service club, work colleagues, just everyone. The abiding memory for many will be him sitting laughing, with a whisky in hand!

Unfortunately we were unable to arrange a meaningful memorial gathering at the current time, for obvious reasons, but we will do so when the wider situation allows.
